Solution

The parts list uses the Callout component instance value in the PC NO column.  If there are several instances of the component in the assembly, and they have different values for this attribute, the [...] will appear in the cell.  One way to fix this is to use Bulk Edit in the component properties and change the values manually to be the same which will result in the specified callout value and quantity of the component in a single line in the parts list.  Another way to fix this is to clear the syntax in the Attribute Name field and inserting $~C into the Default Text field of the Parts List setting dialog as seen below.
